1. Astra
Astra provides personalized astrology forecasts and AI-generated conversational guidance. Astrology and AI responses are for entertainment and general reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for providing accurate information. Purchases are linked to the Astra account signed in when the purchase is made. Sign in with the same account to use an active Premium entitlement and available chat credits on the app and website.
3. Free Daily Forecasts, Trial, and Premium
Reading the daily forecast is always free, with no account required. New accounts receive a one-time 7-day trial starting at signup, including 5 Ask Astra messages in total and access to all app features. Accounts that existed before this change receive their trial on their next authenticated visit, once only. No payment details are required and the trial does not start a paid subscription or charge automatically. When the 5 messages are used, other trial features remain available until the 7 days end. After the trial, an active Premium subscription is required for all features except reading the daily forecast. Premium includes 30 messages per UTC calendar month; unused monthly messages do not roll over. Trial messages never reset monthly. Failed Astra responses do not use a message. Signing out, reinstalling the app, or clearing conversations does not reset the trial. Saved conversations remain linked to your account.
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Monthly and annual Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings.
5. One-Time Chat Credits
Chat-credit packs are consumable, one-time App Store purchases. Credits are used only after the monthly allowance is exhausted, do not renew, and do not expire while your Astra account remains available. A credit reserved for a failed Astra response is returned to your balance. An active Premium subscription is required to buy and use chat credits. Packs of 10, 25, or 60 credits are offered in the iPhone app only after the 30 included monthly messages are used. Unused credits carry over to future months; each new month uses the included messages before credits. Credits do not extend a trial or grant access without a subscription.
6. Billing and Refunds
Apple processes all in-app payments and applicable refunds under Apple's policies. Prices shown in the app are the localized App Store prices presented before confirmation. If Apple revokes or refunds a purchase, the corresponding entitlement or unused credits may be removed.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Astra, attempt to bypass usage limits, probe private systems, interfere with the service, or use the service unlawfully. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users and the service.
8. Availability and Liability
We work to keep Astra available and accurate, but generated content may be incomplete or wrong and the service may occasionally be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra is provided without guarantees and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on forecasts or generated guidance.
9. Privacy and Changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated where required, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated terms.
