1. What We Collect

We collect account and profile details you provide (for example email, full name, birthdate, location, and optional bio), app usage events, and chat interactions needed to provide Astra features.

2. Why We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, deliver personalized astrology features, improve performance and UX, detect abuse, and maintain security.

3. Analytics and Tracking

Optional Google Analytics and Mixpanel measurement is enabled only after consent. Analytics is disabled on authentication, My Astra, settings, and admin routes. Astra does not enable session replay, and it does not send profile names, email addresses, or URL query strings to Mixpanel.

4. Data Sharing

Supabase provides authentication and database services. OpenAI processes chat prompts and the limited profile context needed to generate a response. Google Analytics and Mixpanel process optional usage events after consent. Hosting providers process requests needed to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.

5. Storage and Retention

Profile information is stored while your account is active. Chat history is stored until you delete it from Settings or request account deletion. Monthly anti-abuse usage counters are kept through the current quota period even if chat text is deleted.

6. Your Choices

You can update profile details, delete saved chat history, modify cookie choices, and request account deletion by contacting support.
